If you mean it won't open when you try to, open task manager and type minion in the search bar, if it's the same issue i had, a background process should pop up. Youtube recommended minion addons but they seem out of date already or showing as disable so i’m guessing they out of date at the moment. And if you use minion, you won't have to install a missing lib manually.

First time using addon mods. Hello, i'm very annoyed with the minion app, i can't launch it anymore, i haven't played for a while. Anyone know why minion sucks so badly?i think their problem may lie somewhere in here, win10 handles permissions slightly different than previous versions, and it's a little finicky with permissions. They won't show up in my game.
